Marc LeBlanc, from Moncton, New Brunswick, has been tying flies ever since he was a boy in 1983. He has fished extensively throughout the Maritime provinces and Quebec. His flies have been used successfully throughout North America, the United Kingdom and Russia. He owns a camp on the Main Southwest Miramichi River below the mouth of Cains River. Marc has tied and donated 36 flies in sizes 2/0 for the Mickey Finns and General Practitioners and sizes 2 to 8 for the others.

Mickey Finns; and,
Marc says that this is a selection of flies that can be used the entire season and in a variety of water and weather conditions. These patterns have been very successful producers for him over the years.
Marc adds that he is delighted to donate these flies and the Wheatley box in support the MSA in their conservation efforts.
Note that the fly selection in the Wheatley box is of the exact flies actually included in the donation. The additional photos are examples of the patterns to better illustrate the high quality of these ties.
